unforgetable!

This holiday, we went to Tioman .

Island with sandy beaches along the coast , The sea here is crystal-clear. The turquoise sea is sparkling under the sunlight and I can say it is truly a tropical paradise here. The corals here are all right, not too impressive but at least it is not all dead corals that we are seeing. The marine life here is plentiful.

On first day---Four of us, so we chartered one snorkeling trip from Berjaya Resort jetty to our destination – Renggis Island (just near).

Renggis Island, that looks like a broccoli! It The surrounding coral is quite nice, with an abundance of marine life. However, the other side of the island has strong current and is a little bit too turbulent for snorkelling. Oh there are many colorful parrot fish. But we specially iqbal & me, we are water dude. Wave is nothing for us, we hate life jacket that become more hang around body and heavy, both of us are like mermaid can swim whole day non stop. Fishes of many species were swimming below and even towards me. I feel I become friend with fish. An abundant growth of hard and soft corals can be found everywhere. There were many scary black urchins sea cucumber too.

Second day---we did diving. I must say that I had never seen such beautiful corals and for the first time, and 13 m Under water is totally different from snorkeling, everything is big and really feel magnificently nature and we are totally alien for their world. really admiring the underwater creatures. our dive instructor was nice to show us the various corals and sea animals. Luckly we didn’t become panick for denger and We could meet turtles, reef sharks, large moray eels, butterflyfish, barracudas, giant garupa, giant clam, giant cuttlefish, lot of nemo and much more are at here , attractive lots of fishes.

Third day--- we played banana boat. 3times we were thrown to water.
That made me whole body ache after go back. That is for young sports.

I feel energy so much today, maybe yesterday’s Chromatherapy really works.

Today's interview changed schedule to tmrw so I had time to do house work.

And I add some small plant in pot, this pot hav many pockets but so long empty in 3 pockets.

I cut hair in “Cut n Go” 12 rm only, the other day Syabil cut some place too.

Washed mats, mop everywhere, make lunch tuna sandwich and I bought kachang mera soup.

It was so peaceful day…

I went to interview the SPA of Chromatherapy (color therapy).

Actually I supposed to go to Jaclyn Victor concert in Restran Sri Melayu but I asked other staff to go.

Chromatherapy was interesting . Light is applied in a particular chakra area of the person and do facial or massage. It is said so that u can benefit from chromatherapy energy vibrations.Light energy is processed through color filters and projected into the persons aura. By matching corresponding wavelengths to the organs and systems of the body, it strengthens or sedates (as in acupressure) energy in the distressed areas, creating a support system for the healing process.

There is evidence of belief in the power of colors in Ancient Egyptian times, where houses were built with colored panes of glass in the roof, through which the sun could shine and “treat” the patient sitting inside. The wearing of colored silks according to the disorder in question, was also practiced, allowing the patient to sit in the direct sun.

In traditional Chinese medicine, each organ is associated with a color. In Ayurveda also, an ancient form of medicine in India belief that every person contains the same five basic elements of the universe: air, water, fire, earth and space. The proportions present in each individual, is directly related to their personality and nature. When these elements are thrown out of balance by wilful act or illness, Ayurvedic medicine employs the energy inherent in the colors of the spectrum, to restore harmony.

Animal Emotion (Part1)

A human beings, we clearly apply different standard to ourselves than to other animals. Humans are conceded to have emotions, the usual reason given is that feelings are expressed in language, ppl live much of their lives according to expressions of feelings in themselves or in others. Although it is widely agreed that that some ppl lie about their feelings to gain an advantage, n some ppl make mistakes about their feelings, or do not know what they really feel, or express them without credibility, few doubt that feelings exist-ones own, n those of others. We know we have feelings coz we feel moved by them, n others do n express similar things, so we believe that they have feelings too.

How about if the language are taken out from human, if body language, gesture, action only left

When I see CLOUD, sometimes I think what he is feeling now, I am interesting about animal emotion.
I heard Emotion of animals is not respectable field of study. The words associated with emotions are not supposed to be applied to them.
But still many scientist have always believes; that animals love, suffer, cry, laugh. Their hearts rise up in anticipation n fall in despair, or curious, they feel. But the other side, Some experts said
animal is animal, if it is only free to eat, to sleep n to copulate. It deserves to be free to hunt n to choose its own prey, look for its own mate, to fight for n hold its own territory, n to die where it was born--- in the wild.

The ordinary layperson believes that his dog, her cat, their horse feels. they not only believe it but have constant evidence of it before their eyes. but there is a big gap between the commonsense viewpoint and that of official science on this project.

When I called CLOUD, or when I stand in kitchen, he rush to me and go around n round me and make standing posture, he looks like begging vegetable.
And when his beloved my hubby came out from his room( we don
t let him in our room) he rush to him and try to hold hubbys leg with two arms, start asking play. There is same routine catching few round until he become pening, after that jump on a sofa and hubby pat his back he is jumping around so high n turning turning around his neck and he shakes his short tail , looks so happy. If hubby doesnt care, he push hubbys back with his nose n front legs.

But, is that enough to count as happiness? N maybe their emotions are different from human ones?

One about creativity story,

Piccaso endorsed a revolutionary approach to creativity. He was standing outside his house one day looking around the yard. A rusty old bicycle resting against the porch caught his attention.

Piccaso focused on the metal frame of the bike n noticed the handlebars resembled the horn of a bull.

Removing the handlebar from the bike, he proceeded to his studio n created a sculpture of a charging bull.

Piccaso tapped his creative imagination to turn the ordinary into something dynamic, Piccasos creative success was attributed to the ability of expanding on one theme

to create another.

Later in his life, Piccaso shared the secret for escaping tunnel vision.

Every act of creation is first of all an act of destruction.

One must first break down the barriers of present limitations n restrictive thoughts, n destroy old habits that strangle our creative efforts.then n only then can our creative genius be explored.
