BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
The company was incorporated on the 25th of
October 2011 to construct and manage an exclusive chalet to cater for foreign
guests especially of the Japanese market. The chalet was named “Kepyok” which
derived after the Javanese word - Gate/Entrance. Kepyok is located at Lot1275,
Kg Kuala Pajam Beranang, Selangor, Malaysia.
A recent study by TNC Japan (a LifeStyle Research company based
in Japan), had shown an increasing pattern of holiday seekers who prefer to
spend their holiday in remote places exclusively booked for them, rather than
spending it on busy and chaotic atmosphere of a commercial hotel or resort.
The study has also indicated a trending number of demands by
tourists who would rather spend their holiday experiencing a “Self-Sufficient”
lifestyle which provides them with fresh ingredients directly from the vegetable
and herbs garden for their daily consumption.
At “Kepyok” our guest will enjoy a variety of vegetables and
dairy produce from our very own farm which they can cook themselves from our
fully equipped kitchen.
“Kepyok” is designed to provide a unique experience for its
guests not only with its programs but also instilling a healthy positive
lifestyle for years to come.

DIRECTORS
ZAKARIA AHMAD
Started his career with Malaysia Airlines since 1980 in
Customer Services Department handling Malaysia Airlines and Foreign Carrier
passengers. He also participated as a working committee involved in KLIA
implementation project with Malaysia Airlines.
He then joined AirAsia as Corporate Institutional and
Operation Manager looking into “Hadj” operation, Charter Operation, new station
set-up and line station operations.
Having 26 years of aviation experience, Zakaria is well
versed in airlines operations especially in Customer Services and Airport
Operations.
YASMIN YOKO
Graduated from Tokyo School of Business Mass Communication
in 1986, Yasmin started her career with Camera Communication in Tokyo.
She soon ventured as a freelancer providing various services
which includes writing, translation and interpretation. Some of her clients
include reputable media companies such as Nichima Press Malaysia, TNC Japan as well
as other companies such as Asian Network Research Institute, Asahi Shinbun,
SkyQuest Com, Dentsu, Daihatsu, Denso, Ajinomoto and Nihon Denpa Tsushin.
Yasmin teaches Japanese Language at University Tunku Abdul
Rahman and other language schools in Malaysia.
