Life's simple pleasures are often life's greatest pleasure.
A new flavor of ice cream, a single fresh flower, warm slice of bread, a cup of coffee, taking time to watch an entire sunset unfold---each can be a delight to the senses n bring about a greater sense of well-being.
Simple pleasures r those that don't need to be 'save for' or put off until vacation time. they r readily available to envoke the feelings of contentment n satisfaction that soothe frayed nerves.
They give an extraordinary quality to otherwise ordinary days.
And best of all, they nearly always can be shared.
